Does the job
My dentist tested this new brush head out on me and said it definetly reaches through to the other side of the gum. I HATE flossing, and this does the job nearly as well, so my plan is to use this more often.

It's not a complete replacement for floss, but get's 80-90% of the area that floss would.

You have to get used to brushing with both brush heads though, and when your in a hurry, you simply don't make the time.

But still a nice replacement to flossing.

Well worth it!!!!
This tip cleans between the teeth into areas not reachable by the normal tip. A good way to tackle plaque.

Criminally expensive, but works brilliantly. It's worth the extra effort of swapping toothbrush heads each time you brush.
