Relaxing but not effective
I feel I may have looked younger from feeling more relaxed, but did not feel the exercises did much otherwise. The DVD was very long, slow and a bit repetitive. I watched the DVD twice and gave up......

....Then I tried Facercise by Carol Maggio and now I can see a difference! This is the one to buy, not yours Emma, sorry.

Not what I expected....
Very few facial exercises, altogether about 5 (forehead, eyes, jaw, lips, and chin)- the rest of the DVD is split between these two ladies glorifying Emma's life changing method to look younger and visualisation.

In fact, most of Emma's method is around visualising: a lady is sitting on a chair and she must use the tips of her fingers to bring life energy into her facial skin to "plump it up". So she sits still for approximately 25 minutes and you must watch her touching her face with her finger tips. It is excruciating, there is no other word to describe my experience of watching this DVD. If you believe in the power of your finger tips to tone your face, then this is the DVD for you. If you want simple and effective exercises to tone your face, then this is a waste of your time (and money).
