Good sounds - sound artists.
From Sugar Ray's 'Money, Marbles and Chalk' track one, to John Hammond's 'Key To The Highway' track fourteen, this compilation album oozes rock n snarlin', downright bluesin' Harmonica with a capital 'H'. This has a decent range of players and styles. My personal fave - track 5, Mark Hummel's excellent instrumental 'Lost In The Shuffle'. Could've just as easily been Willie Cobbs' 'Mean Old World' or Juke Joints' 'Mojo Hand', they're all mean and lean. I love it, but then I love anything blue apart from Tories.

A blues compilation with harmonica
Ok, can't complain at the price and I'm not dissatisfied. Just worth noting that it is a compilation cd of blues tracks that do include harp, although this is fairly minimal on some. There are drums and guitar on all tracks as well as vocals on most, so that's four ways this cd could be labelled! I'd second the recommendation by another reviewer of track 5. I'm not that familiar with different styles of blues but I'd say this collection represents a fairly small slice of the spectrum.

I have been trying to get a varied selection of classical harmonica players. This cd covers all variations of blues harmonica and is a superb way of enjoying allm aspects of the blues.
