Heavy and uncontrollable
This product is not designed by a cyclist.
The frame is not securely mounted onto the bike so swings from side to side. This makes steering difficult to control and unpredictable.
Furthermore, the basket is heavy.
Good points: smart, affordable.
Not recommended.

A little extra thought needed
One reviewer commented that the basket swings about. This is true, but with so many cycles in use, the fixing can not be universally secure for any one configurtion.
I fitted it and used additional restraints (plastic covered wire, a small bar of hardwood, and plastic tape) to secure the whole apparatus firmly onto the handlebars and down tube of front forks.
If you have a heavy basket-full - then the physics of the steering will inevitable be affected, and extra care in steering is necessary.
If this is a problem than put the heavy stuff in a pannier set over the back wheel !!

Thoroughly pleased with this product and the service i received. The product was just as described in the advert and much cheaper than I could find on the "high street".
