Sharon is a qualified Counsellor and Hypno-Psychotherapist, and holds a UK Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, and is co-author of the book "Ride with Confidence". With her Group Therapy qualification, and experience she runs Smoking Cessation Programs for an National Health Primary Care Trust Sharon is trained to offer Hypno-Chemo Psychotherapy, as adjunctive support to terminally ill patients (and their families) as part of their palliative care. Sharon also uses her knowledge of the commercial world to counsel clients with work related issues, and is affiliated to various Employer Assisted Program providers.
