A breath of fresh air
Michael Neill has really been hitting his stride in the last couple of years and I have become a great fan of his work. In Super Coach he offers his thinking on how achieving what one wants does not need to be hard or painful or 100%. There are some really thought provoking gems like 'have an average day', 'three levels of change', differentiating goals and projects to name a few. I have been trying to work with `good enough' for a couple of years and he has some really helpful suggestions. Great for all those struggling perfectionists out there!
I just wish authors would stop using the word 'secret' on the front page of self help books. Apparently it sells more books to have certain words in the title but for me it just takes away from the author's authority and trust worthiness. There really were no `secrets' uncovered in this or any other self-help book I read in the last 20 years. Super Coach makes a lot of sense because Michael connects and shares his thoughts in a unique way with humour and heart. Secrets or no secrets it will be a bestseller.

Great Stuff From The Master
In Supercoach, Michael generously shares the secrets of transformational coaching in his inimitable, engaging and accessible style. At The Brightstuff I coach corporate and private clients and have found this book to be full of gems. A great read and a gift to anyone from those wanting to coach themselves to professional coaches seeking ongoing development. Just like his excellent Coaching Mastery seminars, this is full of practical tips and comes highly recommended.

First class
This is the first book that I have read twice - I enjoyed it that much, there are so many gold nuggets to be had. You don't need to be a coach to get the fantastic benefits from this book. I love the way its written, its funny and it teases you, makes you realize that your life is really okay the way it is today and maybe sometimes we take it all a little too seriously. Relax and enjoy the moment and suddenly you start to notice the things that you were looking for happening, it really does all come from the inside you. Excellent! Thank you Michael Neill.
