For a debut novel not bad. Told by four different voices , it´s a story of an american working class family struggling from the Great Depression till Vietnam War days.

An average rags-to-riches tale set on Victorian times. Entertaining but nothing more.

I read this one several years ago so i cannot remember this very well but at the time i found it an average book.

An old fashioned ghost story, set in nineteenth century Scotland in a lighthouse on a remote island. Good but i felt a little disappointed with the end.

A light read which is a blend of ghost story and love story.

"The woman in white"´s Walter and Marian get involved in another adventure. Some will like some won´t!

I found this one better than "Tea Rose". I liked in particular Mattie's appreciation for words .

"Sacred Country" is about a young girl that realizes that she should be boy.

Reminds me of the second book on this list! A boy living in a tiny village makes a shocking discovery.

Not bad for a debut novel written by a 21 years old.

I must say that i´m not very fond of Paulo Coelho but i did like this one.
