Political commentator Iain Dale talks to Foot about his early influences, the founding of Tribune Magazine, "Guilty Men", nuclear disarmament, the war on Iraq, Foot's period as Labour Party leader in the early 1980s and his love for Plymouth Argyle FC. Michael Foot was leader of the Labour Party from 1980 to 1983. He co-founded Tribune Magazine in 1937 and was the co-author of the famous "Guilty Men" in 1940. Iain Dale is presenter of "Planet Politics" on Oneword Digital Radio and owns Politico's Bookstore in Westminster.
