i now love making ice cream from scratch
this was my first ever ice cream machine purchase, and it's so fun and easy to use, and so far, four or five ice cream batches later it's been making consistent and lovely ice creams. Have used it for smooth ice creams, and chunkier recipes too, and everything was fine. Quite fool proof.. :)

Philips HR2304/70 Ice Cream Maker
This is a very good machine which makes wonderful ice cream. My husband loves it as he loves "real McCoy" ice cream. I have also used it to make dairy free ice cream and it does well here too. I have heard it said that you cannot buy dairy free ice cream but I purchased a book from Amazon with dairy free recipes and the ones I have tried are super. I would recommend this machine to all ice cream lovers It is easy to use and easy to clean.

Just what I wanted....!
This was a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter. She had seen an advert for a kid's ice-cream maker but after I read the bad review about that product I decided it may be better to go for the real thing.

I was a little sceptical at first, I wondered whether the frozen disc would actually freeze the rotating liquid enough within 40-50 minutes but happily the "basic ice-cream" recipe turned out perfectly!

Easy to use, even for an eight year old (with a bit of supervision).

My kids reckon it's the best ice-cream they have ever tasted!

The other reviews about this product are accurate and I would add my approval!
