Customer Reviews

Great reference & refresher guide5
After being on a 2 year career break from managing people this book has been really great in refreshing my memory on the basics of managing performance.

I have recommended this book, and various others to friends and colleagues e.g How to Motivate your team, Coaching, Project Managing, Managing Change.

If you have studied managing and / or just need a quick reference when you are faced with a situation have a look through the McGraw-Hill colleciton of lesson guides!

I know mine never gather dust!

A Line Manager's Must-Have Booklet4
This is a great little booklet, with suggestions and ideas to how to keep performance up, along with motivation. Many of these are things we already know (hopefully) but forget to use, or don't use in the right context. This book is essential for a new manager to read, and should be part of the New Hire Start Package!
