    Disappointed1
I bought this for my 2 year old daughter who seems to thinks that its ok to want to get out of bed at 3, 4, 5 o'clock in the morning, at my wits end I tried to give this product a whirl.

My little girl goes to bed at 7pm, if I want to set the 'its time to get out of bed' time for 7.30am I have to sneak back into her room after 7.30pm to set the time else the clock changes at 7.30pm and its VERY NOISY and not even a nice noise at that. I also don't want to have to sneak back into her room as she is easily disturbed and not easy to put back down.

The noise this makes when the picture changes actually scares my daughter. Also the light does not stay on throughout the nightso she cant even tell what the picture is anyway.

The concept is a good idea but it needs to be more intuitive - i.e. needs to know the difference between am and pm and it would have been nicer to have two clock hands instead of just an hour pointer.

Total waste of money, took it out of her room after two nights.

    Very dissapointing1
Both myself and my daughter were very excited about receiving this clock. She is a massive fan of ITNG and I am keen to teach her to stay in bed a little longer. Unfortunately, I am about to return the product as it simply does not work. Since purchasing it, I have read reviews from other poeple who have had the same problems. It is extremely difficult to set the time accurately and even if you do manage to, the "magic transformation" from night to day is unlikely to occur when you want it to. Ours just stops and starts randomly and has frequently changed from night to day in the middle of the night (incidentally, it is very noisy when it changes so will wake your little one whether you want it to or not). I would urge you not to buy this clock. My daughter will be really upset when she discovers that I have sent it back, but it was money badly spent.

Occupies my sons mind while settling for bed4
This clock is not intended to tell the time. Instead, the illumination of the face (on timer) is an indicator for the young mind that it is bed time. My son stares at the face in the dark and soon falls asleep. And so in short it does the job.
