A versatile toolkit for healing
This book provides a wealth of information built around 12 specific crystals, called `The Crystal Healers'. (These are Bloodstone, Smoky Quartz, Red Jasper, Orange Carnelian, Yellow Jasper, Green Aventurine, Rose Quartz, Blue Lace Agate, Sodalite, Amethyst, Clear Quartz and Labradorite). The first half of the book touches on how crystals work, activating and caring for your crystals, how crystals work with the Chakras, aura strengthening, and grounding. Prior knowledge of these topics would be helpful, as the book only touches on the subject and perhaps does not give enough information for it to make sense as a first-time read.

The remainder of the book approaches topics in much more detail. Using a single or a combination of these crystals, I have learned a variety of positioning or crystal layouts for healing the Chakras, the body, the mind, the emotions, the spirit and for relaxation. The information is presented in a clear, easy to understand manner which is complemented with helpful photos and diagrams. The later section covers each of the 12 crystals in great detail, with an overview of the crystal, followed by healing influences, effect on the body, effect on the emotions, effect on the mind, effect on the spirit, effect on the environment and tips for using the crystal. This is very enlightening and helps you understand and connect to the crystal on a much more personal level.

Whether you are looking to heal negative emotions, connect with the divine, protect your home or relieve insomnia, this book will help you do that plus much more. These 12 crystals are indeed, a very versatile toolkit for healing.
