There is also an interesting book written to explain Reiki from the receiver point of view as well as Reiki healing cards which have been given great reviews. There is also a CD section with music suitable for Reiki healing sessions. Music for Reiki serves not only to create a calm relaxed atmosphere, but can also be very useful in timing Reiki sessions. In fact, some of the CDs have timed references in them which allow the practitioner to change hand positions in a way which will allows a full session in a set period.
