Bigger than it looks ... but in this case bigger IS better
First off I am a fan of Sony Ericcson products finding them to be well made, simply effective and long lasting. This one met all my expectations. A solid build quality + simply operation helps it get the job done nicely. Be aware though that it is significantly bigger than it looks in these pictures ... in most cases it is slightly longer and thicker than the phones it charges. For charging from the mains you slide out the black end turn it over and re-attach to the clear piece then attach your phone and plug in the pins to the mains (NB only usable in Northern Europe) for battery charging you follow the same process but before re-attaching you place the 2 AA batteries into the clear piece. It will charge a completely empty phone in about 45 minutes.

Much better than a wired charger + adapter if you're travelling in Europe!

Really Useful Stuff
I am very pleased that i bought this travel charger. The design is good and i wish i could use it on my other electronic items. After a bit of kefuffle working out the adaptors (my ignorance)-I am set to go on a big trip in a few weeks.
The charger is genuinely portable-not too heavy. The Amazon price was very good.
Highly recommended.
