Product Description

There are many imitators but this is the original and still the best. Now in its 16th edition, this annual production continues to get five-star feedback and rave reviews from its legions of satisfied readers, fully justifying the 'holiday bible' reputation bestowed upon it by those who buy it year after year. No other publication is more up to date or more detailed, and it is written with a real tourist's eye view for detail. Both comprehensive yet user-friendly, the Brit Guide to Orlando remains a 'must have' for anyone heading to Central Florida's funland, whether it is their first visit, or their 101st!

From the Author
Phew! It's another major year in Orlando, and we have all that - and much, much more! - in store in the latest edition of our annual magnum opus. Now up to a mammoth 276 pages, it is chock-full of what makes Central Florida such a vital and endlessly fascinating destination, keeping visitors coming back year after year. But it is also a complex, bewildering and truly vast operation, hence the need for a good guidebook to help prepare you for what's in store and be your 'good companion' while you're there. There is simply nowhere like Orlando anywhere else in the world, and the rate at which it changes and develops also makes it unique, and challenging. But, as we live here, we are very well placed to chart all the changes and keep abreast of what's new - like the amazing new Wizarding World of Harry Potter opening at Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park in 2010. Stick with us and we promise to make sure you have a wonderful time, Hogwarts and all!

Best Guide I've found5
We've not been to Florida before, and it's a confusing thing to plan to say the least! I've looked at a number of guides and this seems to outstrip all of them. Fantastic detail about what to do, when, great tips you probably won't have thought of and yet it's crisp and concise. I"d say this is THE guide to buy when you start to plan the trip, and also to take with you. As is obvious form the title, it's written fro the British visitor's point of view, which just makes it a bit more relevant in lots of the little ways which make a big difference to your trip, even if it's just knowing what some common words mean in American and UK English!

The bible for Florida5
Don't travel to Florida without it. If you have never been before it is a must and if you have it can still help you out and easily safe you back the cost of the book to boot!!

Orlando 20105
Absolute must for Brits going to Orlando, we used an earlier addition a couple of years ago and it was invaluable we took it everywhere - going again next year and we are so glad an updated addition is available. I wouldn't waste my money on any other guide book.
