Mostly Padding & Promotion of Other Pristine Products
I thought a book and DVD for £12.71 seemed very good value, so I bought it... only to be disappointed.

Once you get over the endless initial advertising of other Pristine products and a lot of pretty meaningless beating about the bush, the content is very basic indeed.

Worse than that, the initial information given on charts is so oversimplified as to be wrong!! Meaning that once you get beyond that stage you will have to un-learn that initial information. This does not seem a sensible teaching technique as it could easily inculcate misconceptions and bad habits hard to shake off.
