    They're Good...But not that good...4
Ok so you spend what £19 or so on these ipod socks, the parcel comes and you open it up to find a very small box of ipod socks. Size isn't everything but are they really worth £19? The colours are pretty cool though and you can match them with whatever outfit you are wearing that day which is pretty cool. I think there should be a wider range of colours to choose from though. I think they are a good way to customize and protect your ipod, the socks aren't really that thick, but they stop your ipod from getting scratched. They fit any ipod except nano which is a bonus too and you can even fit in the head phones to keep them safe. Overall I think ipod socks are a good idea, however they are a bit pricy for what they are, but if you are going to splash out on an ipod you may as well invest in some socks too!

great vibrant and covers phones to5
I love these they come in a variety of colours that allow you to adapt to your ever changing moods. I not only use these for my ipod but for my flip phone to. They are great value at £19 pounds on amazon, the only high street shop ive seen these for the same price was john lewis. dixons and others are selling these for £25 pounds. so buy them here or in john lewis.

    Cute but totally impractical2
Like some of the other reviewers here, I loved the idea of my iPod having its own 'sock', and I was fed up with all the iPod cases that are so bulky and look so unattractive, so I decide to give these a whirl. There have apparently been instances of these socks actually scratching the iPod (which is absolutely crazy - didn't Apple even bother to test them?) so I would definitely recommend investing in a stick-on screen protector before using these.

There's no denying this is a cute idea and they also look very cute when you're iPod's snuggled inside them. However, they are almost totally impractical. They offer almost no protection if you knock or drop your iPod. You can't use the click wheel without removing the sock, which is incredibly inconvenient. They sometimes leave specks of fluff on the iPod's surface. They are ridiculously expensive for what they are. Need I go on?

The socks do have one use, actually. If you keep your iPod in a dock when you're charging or importing, you can fit one of these over the top end and it will keep it relatively clean. However, overall I would recommend trying to resist the cuteness factor and going for something less attractive but more practical to keep your iPod safe.
