About the Author
CAROL TWINCH was born at Eye in Suffolk, and lived and worked in Ipswich before embarking on world travel. She has since returned to Suffolk and currently works on Images, the magazine of the Ipswich Arts Association. She has contributed to numerous magazines and newspapers, has worked in local radio and television and is the author of several books on social history.
