Classic game - Classic ITV coverage.4
From the record books this looks like one of the great shocks in FA Cuphistory. However, for those who have not seen the game before will see theresult did not reflect the game which Ipswich dominated virtuallythroughout. Arsenal were well and truly thrashed 1-0!
This game has been on release before in VHS video format and what wasdisapointing before was the lack of extra coverage outside the 90 minutesof play. This has been partially rectified by this release though therecould have been more.
That said we do get the players arrival on the pitch, the National Anthem,VIP intro to the players, award of the trophy, lap of honour and a shortpost-match interview with the winning team.
The worst part of the match coverage is perhaps that the commentry andpictures were from the ITV production team rather than the BBC (For thosewho can remember both the BBC and ITV always transmitted the Cup Final).Personally I have always prefered the BBC coverage to the ITV as it seemsthat little bit more polished.
Excellent price too so overall 4 stars, but could have been 5 if therewere more pre and post-match coverage.

great fun to watch!4
it truly is a great dvd to have lying about to lift yourself when Ipswich lose and you need to remenisce the Town "glory days". More details and Ipswich news on www.ipswich.vitalfootball.co.uk.
