Loving descriptions of waves and idiot-proof guides to finding and understanding surf. Art, folklore, VW camper vans, it's all there.

I love this book
I'm so glad I decided to buy this book. Its exquisitly detailed, written in an imformative yet entertaining style and really is an interesting read for those flat days. Its not a how to guide for the beginner but really does sum up surfing culture in an excellent way. Buy it and you won't regret it.
for those dark rainy winter evenings
If you want to fall in love with surfing the nearest thing to surfing itself is this book...
