Don't forget your toothbrush
If, like me, you are looking for a book on natural beauty care I suggest you skip this one. The book is facile and rambling, advising the brushing of teeth, the flossing of gums and the washing of faces, but short on substance. There are so many good books on natural beauty care out there - go for them.

This book is the true meaning of beauty. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. There are no short cuts. Give it the right fuel, the right rest and the right overall care. Then like any plant or animal it will pay dividends. At last some one speaks sense in the beauty industry
