Simple, Delcious, more please!
James Martin has come up with a fantastic cook book. Simple ideas, great flavour combinations and it feels really contemporary too. Apparently there is a series to go with the book, but I havent seen it on TV yet, but that doesnt matter.
The instructions are clear, and the recipes work.
I really enjoyed the potato, truffle and ham terrine (one of the more involved dishes) and got a new twist on bubble and squeak as well.
There are plenty more recipes to try and I think that I will definitely be going back to this cook book again.
