An interesting and informative read. Many text books are difficult work, this one is a pleasure. You will be inspired to go and buy hydrosols and try them for yourself. A must for any-one who loves plants,essential oils and aromatherapy.

Very nice book...
After making some hydrosols with a friend we wanted to know more, this is a very nice guide to a different way of using the therapeutic properties of herbs and other plants and flowers, and lists advice on each hydrosols properties and requirements of storage.
