The best autobiography of a prostitute I've ever read5
Jeanne Cordelier doesn't pull her punches about her experiences. She has written this book in a brutally honest manner which makes you sit back and think about the whole subject of prostitution. Although she wrote this in the late 70s her experiences are as true today as they were then for all women in her line of work. It's a pity there aren't more books like this around, it would certainly help educate those within the system of law and order to be less biased and more understanding. An excellent read for everyone.
