Synopsis

As in this previous title he is able to convey the various ways in which a modern engine can be modified with beneficial results in an easy to undertand manner based on his own practical involvement.

Put boy racer adverts in their place
An excellent book for then enthusiast and begginer alike. Each chapter summerises the functions and basic workings of each main engine system, followed by the effects of tuning each component for performance/economy, and the results from getting it correct. Once you have read this book, you'll never look so blindly at 'performance part' claims of extra BHP. Don't touch your road racer without having read this book.
