Essential read for any biker
All too often people do not realise the potential of their bike due to a poor suspension set-up. I know this for a fact as I was tempted to trade my bike in for a newer model. This book is a must, as it describes how each componet of suspension works i.e. preload, rebound,etc, but more importantly how to make it work for you. I have transformed the handling of my bike giving an abundance of confidence.

I would recommend this book to any biker beginner or advanced to maximise their enjoyment of their bike. The good thing is once you buy the book you don t need to buy anything else as it is merely making the right ajustments with a screwdriver.

A must have book for sports bikers
Before getting this book I had average knowledge of setting up my race bike suspension, well thats what I thought anyway. This book is written and illustrated in such a way that I think anyone could get better performance out of their bike.
