About the Author
The author's journey to become the world's leading nitrous expert began in 1980 when experimenting with a 250cc motorcycle. Nitrous became his passion, leading him to design and manufacture the best solenoids in the world. He has since applied his perfectionist approach to every component he now manufactures. He spent years successfully drag racing 4 to 12 cylinder street cars, assisting customers and sponsoring, organizing and winning his own series. The combination of hands-on experience in the use of nitrous oxide on European street cars and the total involvement in every aspect of the design and development of his nitrous systems has put the author in a unique position to inform others. It is also this combination that has resulted in such a comprehensive knowledge about so many aspects of the application of nitrous oxide, as well as other related matters that influence its use.

THE ONLY NITROUS OXIDE BOOK BASED IN THE REAL WORLD
What you have in this book is ALL you need to know about nos injection.

There arnt chapters on how nos has been used since 100years ago!
If you want a history of nos or to be able to work out the metering jet sizes for yourself using maths, this book isnt for you.
Also if you are looking for how to build a full on 300bhp+ race system, dont bother!
Do what you know you should do, ring the kit manufacturer directly!
There is no way ANY book can give a perfect specification for race use.

On the other hand, if youve never used nos before this is the book for you.
If youve heard of nitrous and are interested but want to know more, or have decided to buy a kit but are looking for good advice on specification buy no other book.
This book gives you only what needed, in clear, easy to understand english.
How the nos gas works in your engine, how long a bottle will last for per extra 25bhp extra nos shot, how to perfectly fit every bit of a nos kit with loads of pictures,by anyone who can use a drill and a spanner!
Also there are details of REAL cars (saxo, civic, 106, subaru wrx, mr2 turbo plus more), and what they need have done to run 75-100shot of nos.
MOST important of all, and what makes most people not use nos, is how to regas the bottle yourself.

Yes this book is biased towards Wizards of NOS products, but there is a reason for this.
Ive read books written in the 70s, 80s and 90s about nos. The information in all of them is the same.
The reason for this is they are ALL based on american nos kits which havent much changed in 40years.
In 20years the Wizards of NOS have developed their products non stop.

You pays your money and you takes your choice.
But would you rather know the truth or buy cheap and blow an engine?
Also from personal experience, the very man who wrote this book, the very man who started and owns Wizards of NOS WILL talk to anyone who can use a telephone!
Trevor Langfield replies to questions asked on his forum virtually daily.

I have read every book on nitrous oxide I could find. I have used NOS for over 20 years. Many of the approaches WON uses are different then any other NOS company I have used or read about. After reading and talking with Trevor (I e-mailed him and he contacted me) I am in the process of ordering a complete system for a V 12. I look forward to installing and enjoying the system he is designing for my application. Stock the engine produces 500 HP I will be adding between 300 & 500 HP additonal with the WON system.

If you are looking to know about Nitrous, this is the book to buy. The author Trev (Owner of Wizard of Nos) shares his knowledge in this book explains all about Nitrous. Many of the questions I found their answers in this Book. The book is written in simple english, with a lot of photos, to help people understand it easily.
