WARNING : WILL NOT WORK WITH VISTA5
This game uses the starforce protection system, which Windows Vista (both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions) will NOT allow to install. The version of the starforce drivers that install with this game are deemed incompatible with ANY version of Windows Vista, they will not install (with the UAC turned on OR off) and the game will therefore not even attempt to run.

Solid stealth game with good potential for replaying4
Chaos Theory of the Splinter Cell series is known by their communities to be the best and most solid of them all.

The emery AI's have much improved, allowing different possibilities to challenge your reaction, decision making and planing as a stealthy spy.

And the mission designs are realistic, and set in different situations, locations and settings to keep you interested.

I have been replaying the game, and I would load up different mission to challenge myself from time to time.

I have not been an online SC game fan, due to it's difficult design geared towards to let players to join online co-op games easily, and this is the only down side I can think of, otherwise, it's a very solid piece of production, and a well designed game.

Please note: This game WILL run with vista!5
Ok first of all, in reference to the review that says this game doesn't run with vista, it does, all-be-it with a bit of updating from the starforce protection website. Once installed on Vista, you will get a message telling you that this is incompatible with your OS and will from there direct you to a star force link, where you can download a star force driver update. I would recommend keeping a copy of this update on disk and storing said disk with the game itself for future installs.

Just to confirm, I have 2 computers running vista home premium and both run this game. Sorry if I have caused any offence to the previous reviewer.

    Ok to the game.

I have played all for available splinter cell games and this is the one I keep coming back to. The levels are varied enough to keep you interested at all times, which prevents boredom setting in (not that I have ever been bored with the splinter cell games). The targeting system has beem greatly improved and now your weapons are a lot more accurate and faster to use, very good addittion to the game.

The stealth levels in the game can vary, and the game is very flexible in terms of alarms and screw-ups during missions which is forgiving.

Graphics are excellent, even on a modest computer such as my laptop (Pentium core 2 duo 2.00 ghz, 2GB RAM and a Nvidia 8600 GS 256mb GPU.) I currently have graphics set to very high with no problems.

This is by far the best splintercell game available, Highly recommend it.
