Disappointed is an understatement!
I pre-ordered this book and CDrom a couple of months ago, so was very excited when it finally arrived - but not for long. What Amazon does not make clear is that this book does not stand alone - it really needs to accompany another Scolastic book not available from Amazon. The book contains ideas for using stories, but not the scripts needed to actually tell them. Nine of the stories are told on the CD rom, but I think children would respond better to a story told in person by their own teacher.If the teacher does want to tell the story, he/she will have to transcribe it from the CD, as the script is not provided in the book. I feel that £17(£20 from other suppliers) is a complete rip-off for this item.I have had to give the item 1 star, as there does not seem to be a way of giving no stars at all, or even deleting any given by accident.The Storyteller: Teacher's Book Ages 4- 7 (Storyteller)
