Editorial Reviews

Synopsis
This DVD contains 4 chapters: A Remarkable Life, Family Life, The Bubblegum Brothers & Jackson Life. This DVD tells the full story of Michael Jackson from his entry into show-business at the tender age of 4, through his brilliant career to date as a performer of extraordinary talent and, via his trials and tribulations, to culminate in his emergence as an act who can attract over a million people to buy tickets for shows in a single city, after many had foolishly written him off as a 'has-been'. Featuring previously unseen film footage, rare and exclusive interviews, contributions from those who have known him best and the finest broadcasters and journalists in the business, plus news reports, location shoots and a host of other features.

Customer Reviews

Only for the truest fans1
Contrary to the cover - there is no exclusive footage and no clips from Michael Jackson's brilliant concerts. The content is a biography narrated by his producers and directors. For anyone looking to see MJ at his best - performing, look for a better DVD.

Duplicate DVD2
I was extremely disappointed when I recieved this DVD. It is exactly the same DVD as another Michael Jackson DVD I had ordered called A Remarkable Life. It seems that the name and cover were the only difference between the two dvds. The content is exactly the same.

Actually Pretty Good4
This is a decent look at Jackson's career although it doesn't contain his music. Worth getting particularly as it's fairly cheap and a ton better than many of the biography dvds out there that are usually pretty awful
