Tearful with disappointment
I have had mine less than a week and already it has broken. It doesn't steam and having turned it on it doesn't heat either. I ordered one to replace another one (a different make also sold here) I had that did the same thing after a year. I bought one for my mother too and we were thrilled at how fast they arrived. But just less than a week later it is useless. I will be asking for a refund.

I am not giving it any stars at all if I am allowed. No, I wasn't so had to give it 1.
