Developing Practical Nursing Skills
I was given this book prior to commencing the Diploma in Nursing in 2006. Some of the contributors were my lecturers so there was a common interest!! I found the sections easy to read for my level of the programme. The book would be useful for anyone going into practice for the first and subsequent times as it contains useful info. on practical skills needed and also info. on communication skills. There are practice scenarios at the beginning of each chapter. A useful read for every student nurse.
