Particularly useful for a sensible sized 'tarte tatin', as hob to oven is no problem and although it is not of `the non-stick variety`, it cleans up really easily in hot, soapy water.

Comes with a handy little `Chasseur' care booklet which includes a recipe idea for each product range, in this case - `Turkey Escalope with Cream'.

As one would expect - this is a rather weighty item, especially when full of food, so that useful 'assist handle' is really essential to aid balanced lifting, BUT don't forget your oven gloves!

Available in a choice of colours and suitable for all heat sources.

Sensible price and bigger and FAR better than Le Creuset!
The heading says it all - easy to clean - use on any heat - washes up a dream - enough said! Like the pretentious reviewers for Le Cresuet say - check out the other sizes and colours on Amazon, if CREAM ain't your fave - or words to that effect, anyway!!

Impossible
Tried cooking fish fingers and fried potatoes with this pan neither the height of culinary difficulty.The food adhered and stuck to the surface. I thought it a fault with the enamel finish but no this is how it supposed to be.
I now use a Le Creuset I would have loved the pan if the finish was functionally up to the job
