Good for money...but HOT to the touch
This is a solid little oven, but use care as the surface top and sides get extremely HOT even after 1 slice of toast. I had a Black & Decker model back in the US that did not get hot like this. Use extreme care near children!

NOt what I expected
I recieved this oven and was quite excited as I live in a studio and had only a microwave and hob. The little oven is fine for this lifestyle but is challenging. I suggest if you really want to be able to cook a wider range of food then you should invest a little more on a bigger oven. This baby couldnt even hold a very small chicken. It is also difficult to fit a whole pizza inside so I suggest purchasing one with a rounded back to accomodate this. And as previously said it gets extremely HOT when cooking.

A smashing little oven
For the money this is the best. It does the same as many small ovens costing pounds more. An ideal addition to any kitchen.
