If you want a scooter to fall to bits with no backup from Micro this is for you!!!1
I decided to spend a bit more on this scooter thinking it would be more durable, nothing could be further from the truth.
It arrived with a collapsed rear wheel bearing. Shop replaced this luckily.
From there it just went downhill. All of the bolts kept coming loose. The wheels would wobble from side. The steering would go one way with the wheel going in the other direction.
Then the final nail in the coffin. The folding mechanism has a major floor. First it failed by snapping right across the bottom and Micros response was to say it was being used for stunts so would not replace it. So having got another one from the shop, guess what happened to this one. Within weeks this cracked in exactly the same way. Please understand that my son is 13 and uses the scooter in the garden, hardly high octane. And to add insult to injury the box the scooter comes in has a picture of someone doing a major trick in mid air???
Honestly, look elsewhere, I consider this to by my worst purchase for as long as I can remember.

Great for commuting4
I have a Micro Bullet that I use to get to and from work regularly - really handy as I can fold it out to ride after dropping the kids off at school. Although it might not be strong enough for many tricks (judging by the other reviews), it really does hold up quite well for normal road/pavement use. I've had cheaper scooters in the past, but many of them have died after only a month or two.

I'm now on my second Micro Bullet because I liked my first one, but after about 4000 miles concluded that I'd buy a new one rather than clean up the first one and replace bearings etc (as it was getting a bit creaky).

Having said that though, I have previously replaced some of the wheel-bearings, and I hardly ever use the brake-plate (I jump off instead). That's because the brake-plates on these things do wear out after a while and can cause the wheels to heat up to substantial temperatures.

I hope that this review is useful.

Micro Scooter - Bullet4
I'm not sure why Mr Garrad's Scooters went wrong, maybe they manufacture them differently now, but I first got mine about 6-7 years ago, THIS ACTUAL SCOOTER!

Mine stills works fine, I threw it around A LOT! always trying tricks on it, throwing it into ditches, crashing on it, the lot, and mine's got a few scrapes but hasn't broke.

Maybe it's just the way they make them nowadays...

IF YOU'RE BUYING THIS FOR A YOUNGSTER (anywhere aged up to 14-15)
BUY A CHEAPER ONE!! There's some on here for £6!! Seriously, I can't see how £40 will make a difference in scooters judging by my years of experience!

Hope this helps! :)
