We have about 10 of these locks in our kitchen where the cabinets have double handles and they are excellent. They've been on for over 12 months, easy to remove (for adults!) and have been perfect at keeping little hands out of the cupboards. A simple press release to open the catches mean we hardly know they are even there but neither our child or friends children have ever been able to open the cupboards, work out how to open the catch or break them (see other reviewer)!

made of plastic!
These seem quite good on first use but the central bar is made of plastic and easily breaks. The first one lasted 2 weeks. A toddler could easily snap this off.

Excellent product to use on my kitchen cupboards keeping toddlers away from dangers. I haven't had a child under 5 that has managed to open these locks and as a childminder it is very reassuring
