Manufacturer's Description

The KitchenAid blender complements the Artisan Mixer beautifully, yet is a firm favourite within its own right.

The KitchenAid blender features a 1.25 litre heavy duty glass goblet, which allows for both hot and cold items to be blended, while preventing discolouration and odours from remaining. A 10-speed motor makes this user-friendly appliance extremely versatile, producing everything from pancake batter to margaritas with great ease, speed and efficiency - at the touch of a button. The hardened blade steel allows ice to be crushed easily with no additional liquid and takes only seconds to chop vegetables, fruit and nuts. The blender also has a removable lid with a measure and a sturdy metal base with cord tidy,

The KitchenAid blender's goblet and blades are dishwasher safe.

Dimensions: 38cm high, 20cm deep, 18cm wide.

I recently received this as a gift to complement my KitchenAid Mixer and I have to say I am extremely impressed with it. The picture does not do it justice, the glass jar is very generously proportioned. It feels sturdy and durable and cuts through ice and frozen berries without any problem at all. I can thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

    TOTAL RIP-OFF!1
After a little more than a year of light use, the plastic catcher that transmits the motion to the blade disintegrated. KitchenAid has probably saved 10p on the quality of plastic and I need to throw away more then £100 worth of equipment. Quick read confirms that number of others have exactly same problem. An extreme example of build in obsolescence.

Beautiful shade of yellow, my "happy" appliance5
Does everything you need it to...and a bit more. Plus, its super cute :oD
