Very fiddley to use.
There is a definite knack to using this product, I haven't mastered it yet but I'm sure with practice then I could. The amount of filling is small in each parcel and the rollers keep sticking and fouling up the process of rolling out the sheets. I probably need more flour to prevent this from happening and need to make a finer filling.
Is there a knack to this?
This piece of equiptment seems very solid and well made, I just can't get it to work! I end up with a gooey mess rather than ravioli. As the other review thinks this attachment is great, I assume there is a knack to using it - but if you can't work out what it is the equiptment is useless! I also find it very difficult to clean - especially when my filling has gone everywhere!
fun!
If you like pasta and the makings of it as well as the eating, it really is fun! I originally bought the Imperia pasta machine as a gift for my husband's birthday as he was gutted when the inherited from my grandmother finally died on us,and as we were looking on you website He had spotted the attachment for the ravioli, however being Italian i wasn't convinced.Anyway, WE certainly make the most of the pasta machine,so for Christmas i got him the ravioli attachment and the other one for spaghetti, gnocchi etc.He was very pleased, and we had wonderful ravioli helped by my mum, she helped him to see how it worked.!Even mum and dad were impressed!I think that to anyone who enjoyes cooking this is really good and fun for young children too
