Bellydance for Weightloss4
I enjoy Dolphina's dvd's.
Having done belly Dancing for 4 years and now not able to get to a class - this really helps me with my Belly movements, posture and over all fitness. Her specific weightloss programme is easy to follow, works your muscles, makes you feel like you are working towards an end goal and is enjoyable.

Fun - but no miracle worker3
This is a fairly short DVD - theres only a handful of moves to learn... i got cramp trying this DVD out - ive used it a couple of weeks and given up on it... its actually quite hard to do the moves by listening and looking at the tv screen - maybe im doing it wrong - if thats the case - its not explained too well.
