Looks great, not the best design
I bought this machine as it matched my kettle and I thought as it was a DeLonghi it would function well but that was a huge error in judgment. The machine has an aroma function that is supposed to make the coffee taste even better but when used, the coffee is very cold. As well as this, you have to completely unscrew the lid in order to pour out the coffee which allows all the steam to escape and burn your hand. The lid is also difficult to screw back on which becomes frustrating after a while. Poor design

Poorly designed
This has to be the worst filter coffee makers I've ever seen. Out of the box, it's huge and cumbersome and feels cheap and plasticky, that's because it is huge, cheap and plasticky. The instruction say that you need to go through a couple of passes with just water. After those two passes, I've decided to send mine back. It generates enough head of steam to totally soak your kitchen, with condensate running down all the walls. The pouring is non-existant, you have to turn the lid until a mark is pointing at the spout - what comes out is just a dribble.

I've rated this product 1-star, but even that is too much.
