Great Machine!
This machine is a steel at the price of £149 as it retails elsewhere at £249. Had mine for a week now and have never enjoyed coffee so much. Really enjoying working my way through the nespresso capsules which where delivered within 48hrs of ordering from their website. It is so simple and quick to use so gets 5 stars from me.

I like the previous reviewer didn't receive the free capsules and cups as advertised on the site and on the box. One phone call to nespresso though and they sent me the missing stuff again within 48hrs, now that's customer service!!

No coffee or cups supplied !
Machine 5 star but not supplied with coffee and cups as advertised.
Amazon say it came with 40 capsuls and 2 cups, the box on delivery says 12 capsuls and 2 cups, again No contents in box. Amazon sent out replacement, but still no contents, will keep machine as it is great at doing its job,just as well as I spend £60 with Nesspresso on coffee!!!!

It makes a coffee snob out of you
I've now had two of these machines and they're fantastic.

Although my seconds just going away for repair (covered under warranty - and really easy to sort) (My first had the same problem, but they tell me I'm just very unlucky - Either way they replaced the first with a brand new machine with a full new warranty)

I use it virually every day and mix coffee flavours - be aware that they do an intense decaf which is both tasty and doesn't betray itself. As they're capsule based each person can choose their flavour.

I'd recommend them most to black coffee / espresso drinkers as they tend to taste coffee flavours more then when milk is poured in. In addition, the milk is just a faf to use every time. In the end, you microwave milk to make it warm, then add expresso or get the new nespresso milk machine.

Just buying an espresso nespresso for the office... at 25p per cup its way cheaper then starbucks.... and the coffees better + it comes with a free milk frother, so my wife will be delighted...
