This deck of cards are not only easy to store for even the smallest of kitchens, they are ideal for someone wanting to kick start a diet and for people like me who just want advice that's quick and easy to refer to as a help in continuing to follow the Food Doctor's '10 principles'. What I particularly like about the Food Doctor is the advice is always practical and with a real emphasis on food being a pleasure, especially as this way of eating is for life. I also especially like the cards which give you suggestions for 'snacks on the go' and for 'eating before going out'. One of my favourite cards is the one about eating out, which is really helping me make better food choices from different types of eating out places. Who hasn't had to go into their storecopboard for a quick meal from time to time, so this card is useful for everyone. The baked salmon with herbs recipe is delicious!

As always simple positive and above all realistic advice from the Food Doctor in a compact and well presented deck of cards. Staying slim, healthy and enjoying food has never been so easy!

These cards are lovely, and have good tips on them, I have one on the fridge and try to change it every morning. Pricey but seems useful.
