DD2
Forget whether you like the film or not....that doesn't matter. This cd is just full of fantastic music.
Great music but...
... no use if you want to put the tracks on an mp3 player or make a compilation cd. It won't let you and the track files won't even show up on a computer. You have to install a special player off the disc itself and that is all you can use to play it.
There is somehting about this CD
The soundtrack perfectly compliments Dirty Dancing 2 but is also a wonderful listen without the DVD.
The songs have a mix of latino/salsa/cuban style but brought in to todays day and age with the likes of The Black Eyed Peas and Christian Aguilera being the main Pop singgers on the soundtrack. All the songs fit together to make a wonderful set of tracks with the songs like 'You Send Me'giving the soundtranch the feel of the 1950's and 'El Beso del Final' being a slower and more romantic song, sung in spanish, telling of romance effectivly. THese songs fit well with the more salsa-like music of Santana and others. Overall this Soundtrack is well worth a listen especially if you love the DVD.
