very well put and presented
I read many books on buying in Spain as you would expect, and because we deal with many first time investors in Spain we wanted a book we could tell our clients to buy while they were assessing their purchase options with us. This book ticks the boxes and I am happy to say that the author and our company are both on the right track. We particularily liked the yield formula and how close your property should be to the airport for rental purposes. Very good

Change of title needed
I live in Spain and am looking to buy a house, however this book, on the whole is inadequate for investors. Most of the information is more suitable for the travel pages of a newspaper or a tourist guide book. Only a small portion is valuable to an investor. I don't normally have the time to write these reviews but felt compelled to give the author some much needed feedback. I also think the title is misleading due to the minimal focal on actually making a profit.
