I have received this order in excellent condition and in time .I bought this for my brother who is in Durham, UK , for his acer laptop Acer Aspire 5516-5474
That laptop would become superhot and shutdown after 1 hour .This cooling pad just did magic .Now its running day and night without getting hot .
We had opened a acer case as the laptop was just 3 months old and was still under warranty .But after the magic that this cooling pad did we decided not to send the laptop back to acer and use it .

This may not be the prettiest gadget in town but it does the job exactly as described. It is not at all noisy or invasive and my super hot laptop is a much happier machine.
