Very Poor Printer
I bought one of these back in May and intially I was very impressed with the speed and quality of print.

However the cyan toner cartridge ran out well short of the quoted number of pages and the printer then developed a fault with text fading across the sheet.

The toner cartridges cost a small fortune which has been made worse by them running out so quick.

Trying to get a response from Xerox support on the print quality problem is a joke.

Would definitely not recommend one of these to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Xerox service is just unbelievably bad
I bought a Phaser 6110 and like the other reviewer I was initially impressed. It looked solid and worked well, though it was very sensitive to unusual paper types - it wouldn't print envelopes, for example.

After a month it developed vertical banding across the print area, where the print was very light and hard to read. Since then I have been trying to speak to Xerox technical support, totally without success! The website that claims to offer 24/7 technical support simply provided me with an 0870 number to ring and refused further help. Ringing that number I just got endless messages saying that all the customer representatives were engaged, but 24/7 support was available on their website...

My strong recommendation is never to buy a Xerox product if you think it might ever need technical support or a warranty claim.

xerox phaser 6110 has an unsolvable fault--don't buy it
I have exactly the same problem as the other two reviewers. I wish I'd read their reviews before wasting money on two new black cartridges. Like them, it worked fine for a couple of months, but now has vertical faint bands running down the page which make it hard to read the text and buying a new cartridge doesn't solve it. After reading the other reviewers' identical problems and lack of help from Xerox I'll cut my losses and buy a new printer from a different company
