Best Student Land Law Text Book5
This is the best land law book I have used. The topic can be difficult and intricate at the best of times, and while nothing important is left out, the goal as the author himself says, is to help the reader/student swim with the subject rather than drown in detail. The style is clear and concise, and important themes are logically reiterated in logical places along the way, which helps the reader follow the thread to a coherent understanding of each topic. And at the end of each chapter, a summary appears to go over the salient issues. Furthermore Professor Dixon's articles and other writings have been quoted in the highest courts and is one of the editors/contributors to the latest edition of Megarry & Wade, so his credentials speak for themselves.
