Customer Reviews

Actually very good4
Use this every day and watch the fat come off! No. seriously - it's better than doing nothing, and after a while, you find it's not as difficult as first. It's professionally produced and very cheap. Her accent is very American, but you get used to that, too. There are two different 15-min or so routines which are about the right amount of time, and they do get your heart racing a little.

A good, easy to follow workout4
This is fun, time flies when you're doing it and it's easy to follow. I think she explains the steps well, but if you really don't have the feeling, there is a tutorial at the end of the DVD, where she explains all elaborate steps slowly and clearly. The rutines are fun, but they made me sweat. I do both of them together for a good workout. The music is better than most workout DVDs as well, and she's not annoying, bubbly blonde that usually lead this kind of videos.

Cheap and cheerfull!4
I really am a complete dummy when it comes to dancing, but have got the hang of this. I had to look at the tutorial a good couple of times before I could follow them, if you are a complete beginner like me you'll probably have to do the same, you just need a bit of patientce. I think it's unfair to expect to get the moves first time when you really havn't done anything like this before. The moves are well explained and allow you to progress at your own pace.

I love how enthusiastic she is in this, keeping it fun and lighthearted. Only small criticism is that the dvd is pretty boring, just her and these repetitive beats throughout. But nevertheless, it is good if you have never done anything like this before, plus good value for money.
