well...3
I brought this dvd and after a few months of it collecting dust on the shelf i put it on, wearing my best comfy clothing, and a mat, i was ready.
Now, nice overall tone, view of a city in the background, etc, i started off well with the laying on the floor for breathing bit, easy i thought. However, the next move requires you to be able to hold the full pressup position, not for long but durin transision, now, if you're like me and brought this as you can't do that, (too unfit, a bit to heavy, not fleaxble) this posses a problem as straight away you feel like a bit of a failure, they then move thought this pose a number of times at increasing speed.
The rest of the dvd goes on like this. The chap speaking does advise, relax back, don't force etc, but there are no tips on what to do if you arn't able to stretch that way, or balance like this, and no 'if you can't do it today, try again tomorrow and you might get a bit further comments.

GOOD IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER AND WANT A NO NONSENCE, JUST GET ON WITH IT DVD, but not so good, if you arn't already fairly strong.
I'll give it another go tomorrow as the moves did get easier as you relax into it, but i don't think i'll be doing full press ups anytime soon.
