One of the best books I used during my finaly year at Uni.
This book really helped, full of interesting theory. Well balanced and in plain English, I was able to pull quotes and draw on examples. An interesting point would be made at every glance without having to read through chapters of the sort of stuff which sends you to sleep. Even though this book was not on my reading list, I found many chapters covering topics mentioned in lectures such as Eliza. If you want a good 'all rounder' for a HCI, Computing, Programming or psychology course, I would definately recommend this as a starting point.
